I specialize in supporting people navigating anxiety, trauma, and the weight of self-doubt. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing at your own pace. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care as we explore what matters most to you.
Services and Rates
Individual Counseling
I am able to offer counseling services to individuals located in Oregon. I work from a client-centered, trauma-informed and social justice oriented standpoint. Read more about me and my approach on the About page.
Cash Pay Rate
My standard rate is $150 per 50 minute session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. These are filled on a first-come, needs based basis. Please inquire during our consult if cost is a concern.
Insurance
I am not currently taking any insurance. However, I am able to provide you with a “superbill” to submit to insurance for out of network coverage. Please contact your insurance company with questions about out of network coverage eligibility.

I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in the state of Oregon. I use a wide variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to help you reach your goals. Whether it’s processing trauma, coping with anxiety or depression, building self esteem or leaving those people-pleasing habits in the past, I am committed to helping you make positive change in your life.
